In addition, you might want to edit the little trademark sign after the name of the site, The Guildv2.0 Official Website and also The Guildv2.0 Leader & Consultan t Forum ...there! There, you see? like that ~ seeings how it aint a Trademark ed name.

I own The Guild v2.0™ Trademark, which is registere d as a membershi p mark indicatin g membershi p in a group of people playing an online game, (The Guild v2.0™ as a not-for-profit club). Anyone can search the U.S. Trademark database and find the mark registere d there.

Permissio n has been given for Toontown Hall to host the club here, just so long as Admin does not control the club's policies and activitie s. Board Members vote on issues and make The Guild v2.0™ policy both in the game and in the club in general. (Any forum policy must stay within Toontown Hall , of course).

This does not mean that The Guild v2.0™ is owned by Toontown Hall or that it must stay here, only that permissio n has been granted, for now, for it to be here.

As many requested that a database be created from the very beginning in 2008, we all worked together and created www.thegu ildv2.com , which I paid for as a way to contribut e as I do not know much about programmi ng.

So far, not including the trademark, I have paid $197.69. This includes the hosting that has been paid for two years and the domain name for 3 years. (I went ahead and paid the invoice that arrived in my email this week...th e same time we put up the Paypal.)

We, I say we as in myself and all that have worked on and contribut ed to The Guild v2.0™ as a club or the Official Site, have never asked for anything in return for membershi p, just that you follow our one rule of not hopping off the elevator.

If you want to donate, great. If not, no problem at all. Either way, the domain is paid through 12/2012 and the hosting through 08/2011. It will be continue to be developed and updated weekly with current news at no cost to the members.

Anyway, I'm done with all this drama. When I donated to this club, I didn't anticipat e a big drama scene every other week. I'll drop in next week to see if there's any news to update!

So she holds all the cards people. If the Hall can remain using the name Guildv2.0 is solely up to her. Like she said it will remain there for now LMFAO I guess the admins at The Hall have an ass to if they wish to keep it
